SGD800/8BELT-230 230V High Speed Sliding Gate Drive

230Vac 10A powered Industrial/Commercial Belt Drive System with stainless-steel cover, inbuilt CB-6 control unit in an ABS plastic enclosure with clear lid. Industrial grade 3 phase .55Kw inverter controlled drive motor.

Ground track gates running near level to 8m and free rolling Cantilever gates to 800kgs
Fully adjustable ramp up, ramp down.
Opening speed - variable up to 450mm/sec
Closing speed - 200mm/sec
Duty cycle - 100% when connected to 230Vac power source.
Cast-iron gearbox
Hot-dipped galvanised chassis
Linear force - up to 80kgs
Belt with stainless steel core - sold separately

An installed system can includes the following:

BS-400T	Barrier-Curtain Sensor, 4 Infrared Through Beam Photocell, 10-30V dc relay output. For gate openings up to 7 m.
900OPTIC	2 x Sets of surface-mounted 12/24V ac/dc Infrared Safety Photocells, beam alignment adjustable up to 15º, 20 m range.
400CFZ22	Sliding Gate Galvanised Iron Rack, 22 x 22mm with brackets and screws. 2 metre lengths. (Module 4, Max. weight 3000 kg)
ULD913/ULD923	SensAble Sensors 12/24V, Single or Dual Channel vehicle inductive Loop Detector with base.
ULD911/ULD921	SensAble Sensors 230V, Single or Dual Channel vehicle inductive Loop Detector with base. Directional Control logic capable.

The specifications and suggested gate sizes will vary depending upon other variables such as friction of wheels, environmental factors e.g. wind loading, type of cladding and external influences which may assist or degrade the recommended gate sizes.

All automation applications require external safety photocell protection / vehicle loop detector and appropriate warning signs and/or devices.
