SGD6-230 230V Articulated Arm Swing Gate Drive

230Vac Industrial/Commercial Swing Gate Drive with 316 stainless-steel cover, separate CB-6 control unit mounted in a IP65, 316 stainless-steel enclosure 400x400x200. Two industrial grade cast iron gear boxes with a unique torque control and easy disconnect facility should there be a need.

An installed system can include the following:

BS-400T	Barrier-Curtain Sensor, 4 Infrared Through Beam Photocell, 10-30V dc relay output. For gate openings up to 7 m.
900OPTIC	2 x Sets of surface-mounted 12/24V ac/dc Infrared Safety Photocells, beam alignment adjustable up to 15º, 20 m range.
ULD913/ULD923	SensAble Sensors 12/24V, Single or Dual Channel vehicle inductive Loop Detector with base.
ULD911/ULD921	SensAble Sensors 230V, Single or Dual Channel vehicle inductive Loop Detector with base. Directional Control logic capable.

All gates should be installed with electric locking for security and to minimise excessive force placed on the Gate Drive(s) if the gate leaf(s) are more than approximately 2.5m wide.

The specifications and suggested gate sizes will vary depending upon other variables such as friction of hinges, environmental factors e.g. wind loading, type of cladding and external influences which may assist or degrade the recommended gate sizes.
 
All automation applications require external safety photocell protection / vehicle loop detector and appropriate warning signs and/or devices.
